Cancellations & Refunds
New Horizons of Tucson and Sierra Vista have a very liberal cancellation policy.
If you have any questions please contact us with your concerns. You are required to contact us within 72 business hours of a class for cancellations, if you do cancel within 72 hours you will be charged for that class, but not to worry you do have a 6 month free re-sit for that class, if applicable.
For our individual or city/state paid students, we comply with all regulations and have a different policy for these students, if you would like a copy of these policies please ask. On most occasions our Applications classes start at 9:00 Am and our Technical classes start at 8:30 AM. Please be here at least 15 minutes before class.
