When students arrive at their Center of choice, they are assigned their own workstation. Prior to starting a course, a pre-assessment is given to the student to determine their specific training needs. From there, training is done at the pace they are most comfortable, using a comprehensive approach to reinforce learning. This proven process features one-on-one instructor coaching, multimedia online courses, and authorized vendor courseware to ensure proper skill development.

Additionally, with Mentored Learning students have their own networked environments, which enable Instructors to manage hands-on lab exercises that mirror the professional environment. One student's Experience with Mentored Learning

Just wanted to let you know that the Mentored Learning approach with Michael Madore worked very well for me. We were able to cover my knowledge gaps in ASP scripting as well as work on some specific problems with web pages that I have to deal with at work.

This was far more useful than a generalized course that is not always applicable to work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering Mentored Learning – particularly with Michael. He has a wide knowledge of everything a developer needs to know, including areas such as using the Windows registry, Com objects, Windows security, and Third party tools that are outside of the strictly Scripting area – things you would not get trained in with a standard scripting course in any depth.
